We are now passing through several waves of changes due to rapidly changing scenario of whole world. Two thing which according to me the drivers of socio-economies changes are Money and Technology. From 1G to How many G will come even the experts are not able to predict. Now we are all passing through a transitional period due to rapid changes in technology and finance.Around thirty to forty percent of the world at war, around 50% countries are suffering from malnutrition.The developed countries advocates of free market now asking the Government to bail out banks, airlines,. Petrol & Diesel prices are going up and up. But sale of new bikes and cars have not decreased.Private FM are tying up with music industries and broadcasting songs which we have to procure through a lengthy procedure by that time several film would have been released. People are retiring everyday now and we are dependent on Casual Announcers and Comperes. In this scenario we have develop an unique software of Station Management System by collaborating with NIC or other such capable agencies. Which will cover entire gamut of broadcasting.It will act as moniter, it will pay chaques, it will generate all kinds of reports, it will provide us script, effects and interviews to broadcast programme. It will pay our salary, It will manage engineering affairs, name it and it will do it. A committee of experts of all the three sections will sit together with the computer programmer with some knowledge of broadcasting. It is the solution for future. We must have now gallery of short programmes,interviews,poems,quotations of living persons and great personalities of past both audio and text,drama,songs,music,sound effects. It will take time but if it is implemented properly we will see the change within one to two years.
